Emotions

Emotions,
Though massless,
They sometimes
Weigh us down.

A kiss.
Some laughter.
And if in sorrow,
frowns.

Breeze

We are a "breath of passing air"
But not all that have breath have life.
We live by faith...not by sight.

"What the world could hold"
Is not what makes us "hungry for life."
Hope in God opens our eyes.
Shows us
This "breath of passing air"
Can be the gentle breeze
That can cool a sorrowed heart.
